Fusible Webbing

This  fusible web is a hot melt adhesive that comes cut to 50cm x 50cm.

We selected this heat transfer adhesive specifically to laminate German extra fine, or Italian fine crepe paper to create your DIY double-sided crepe paper for your flower projects.

To use this fusible web you can simply cut the webbing slightly smaller than your pieces of Crepe paper.  Sandwich the webbing between the crepe paper – ensuring the grain is running in the same direction on both pieces of paper – and press at 150 deg C for 30 seconds.  If using a household iron, ensure that the steam function is turned off.

The two pieces of crepe paper will meld together.  Be careful not to touch the fusible web directly to the hot surface, or to anything underneath.
