Spun paper balls are great DIY craft materials. They can be painted and/or decorated with glitter, fabric, trims, ribbons, crepe paper, and more. They take glue and paint really well, and are easy to use.
The 20mm size is perfect for flower centres or bulbs.
What are the balls made of ?
The balls are made of pure cellulose paper: a very soft and thin paper that comes in rolls. It is very similar to tissue paper. The paper is spun around an axle until it creates a firm and solid ball. Each ball has a little hole on one side due to the fabrication process. They are also known as cotton spun balls.
Spun Paper balls are responsible alternatives to plastic and polystyrene balls.
