Shipping Policy

Processing time:
Our usual processing time is 24-72 hours. This does not include any flowers that are made to order. Please contact me for the estimated crafting time for these.

If you are on a tight time frame, please contact me before you order.

Courier delivery times:
Once your parcel is picked up, the delivery time frame is beyond our control.

As a general rule, we find parcels across the North Island (non-rural) arrive within 2 business days of being collected, and parcels bound for the South Island (non-rural) arrive within 3 business days. Please allow an extra 3-4 days if you have a rural delivery address.

These times are indicative only and we cannot take responsibility for late delivery due to location, adverse weather, traffic, incomplete or incorrect address information, unforeseen circumstances or any other reason beyond our control.

Tracking your parcel:
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched, however it make take up to 24 hours for the tracking to update. Check your junk/promo/spam/other folder as your tracking email may end up in there.

Unfortunately, we do not have any additional tracking information than what is provided to you. The easiest and quickest way for you to track down your parcel is to contact the Courier company directly, however if your parcel has been delayed for longer than 7 business days (non rural) or 10 business days (rural) please let me know.

Authority to Leave (ATL): 
All our parcels are sent with “Authority to leave” (no signature required). If you specifically do not want your parcel left without a signature, please add a note when you place your order and we will do our best to make it happen.

Local Pick Up
We are located in Panmure, Auckland. We offer Click and Collect, but ask that you send a text or email the night before so we can ensure your parcel is ready for you. Unfortunately at this time I do not have the ability for you to browse items or to pay onsite.
